Refund policy

Return Policy:

If your item is damaged upon arrival, you are entitled to an exchange or a full refund (refunds are based case by case). You have 24 hours to report any damages or 48 hours for missing items once you receive your order; failure to do so may result in not getting your item exchanged, receiving a refund, or having missing items being replaced. Ship us the item back within 1 week after the arrival date to claim the exchange or if a refund was honored.

In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on items as long as they're unused and in their original condition. A 25% restocking fee of the purchase price may apply. Restock fees include any shipping costs or overhead costs the seller may incur in relation to the returned products. Please contact us at info@tokenologies.com to approve a return. We reserve the right to deny a refund to sender without prior return approval. Only unused items will be accepted for exchange/returns within 14 days of when item was delivered to you.

We will NOT exchange your item or refund it if the item has been used or is not in its original condition.

Cancellation:

All order cancellations must be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. Otherwise all sales are final.

If you decide to cancel your order while package is in transit, a 15% restocking fee will incur from the original purchase price.

Risk of Loss:

All items purchased from tokenologies.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received your package you will need to contact your local USPS, UPS or FedEx branch to resolve the issue.

IMPORTANT! Please make sure that you choose to have your order delivered to a safe and secure location. tokenologies.com is not responsible for replacing items or packages that show as delivered by the Shipping Carrier. We do everything we can with our shipping to ensure fast, accurate delivery. Unfortunately, there's been an increase in package thefts in some areas and we want to make sure that you do not have that issue!
